Like a masterfully painted canvas, great bourbon is a work of art, crafted with passion, precision, and tradition. At Forward/Slash, we believe whiskey, much like fine art, is a reflection of creativity, patience, and skill. This special release is our tribute to the Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival, one of the nation’s most prestigious outdoor art festivals and a true celebration of artistic expression. 

To honor this legacy, we blended some of our oldest and most distinctive bourbon stocks, each with its own unique character, to create a whiskey as layered and complex as the works displayed at the festival.

• 52% – 7-year-old Filibuster Straight Bourbon finished for 21 months in Oloroso Sherry casks, lending deep notes of dried fruit, roasted hazelnuts, and a hint of dark chocolate.

• 30% – 8-year-old Boulder Spirits Straight Bourbon, known for its rich malt presence, bright stone fruit, and bold oak influence.

• 18% – Our Farmer’s Blend Bourbon (a combination of J. Henry and MB Roland), aged for 20 months in a rare 1976 Armagnac cask, imparting layers of baking spice, stone fruit, leather, elegant finish. 

This bourbon is full of character—bold but balanced, rich with layers of nuance. The time spent in Oloroso Sherry and vintage Armagnac casks adds depth, bringing out notes that make each sip something special. It’s more than just a great whiskey; it’s a blend of tradition and creativity, much like the festival it celebrates.
